HOW TO ENTER

Beginning approximately May 3, 2010 (the "Contest Starting Date"), while supplies last, purchase a specially marked package of Jamieson vitamins, look inside to find a unique alpha-numeric code. Visit www.jamiesonvitamins.com and successfully register to find out if your code is a winner. Contest closes for online entry with an alpha-numeric code on October 29, 2010, (the "Contest Closing Date").

To participate with NO PURCHASE NECESSARY, clearly print your name, mailing address and a telephone number on a plain piece of paper along with a minimum 50-word essay describing what brand of vitamins you purchase and why, and mail it to: Jamieson "FLIP the LID" Contest, No Purchase Request, P.O. Box 157, Toronto Postal Station B, Toronto, ON M5T 2T3. Limit: one (1) request per mailing envelope per individual. You will receive an insert in the mail with a potential winning alpha-numeric code. All requests must be received by September 13, 2010, and will become the property of Jamieson Laboratories.

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE INTERNET

If you do not have access to the Internet and still want to participate, after finding the alpha-numeric code inside the specially marked package of Jamieson vitamins, record and keep the alpha-numeric code for your reference. Mail the original game card, along with your name, address and daytime telephone number, to Jamieson "FLIP the LID" Contest, Code Verification Request, P.O. Box 157, Toronto Postal Station B, Toronto, ON, M5T 2T3. The judging authority will enter your alpha-numeric code on your behalf and advise you if it is a winner. Additional correspondence will take place only if your alpha-numeric code is a winner. Jamieson Laboratories is not responsible for any submissions that are lost, late or misdirected. All Code Verification requests must be received by October 29, 2010, (the Contest Closing Date).

ELIGIBILITY

This promotion is open to residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province of residence. You are not eligible if you are an employee of Jamieson Laboratories ("The Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent or related companies, advertising or promotional agencies, the independent contest-judging organization or a member of the immediate family or household of any such employee. For these Rules, "immediate family" means spouse, mother, father, sisters, brothers, sons and daughters.

GRAND PRIZE

There are ten (10) Grand Prizes available to be won, each consisting of $25,000 CAD. The approximate odds of winning a Grand Prize at the outset of the promotion are 1:62,600. In the event that there are no instant Grand Prize winners, a random draw will take place on Thursday, November 18, 2010, at approximately 10 a.m. (EST) in Toronto, Ontario, where one (1) winner will be selected to win one (1) cash prize of $25,000 CAD.

Taxes and Additional Costs: The winner shall be solely responsible for any taxes, including Canadian federal and provincial income taxes, arising from the receipt of the prize. Any additional costs incurred in collecting and using the prize are also the winner's responsibility.

SECONDARY PRIZES

There are forty-three (43) Secondary Prizes available to be won, each consisting of one (1) Acer Netbook. Each day beginning May 3, 2010, including weekends, one (1) Acer Netbook will be awarded for 43 days, ending June 14, 2010. The approximate retail value of each Acer Netbook is $500 CAD. The odds of winning an Acer Netbook depends on the number of entrants on that specific day. The Secondary Prize is not transferable and must be accepted as awarded. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute a prize or prize component for one of equal or greater value. Number of prizes available to be won will diminish as prizes are redeemed. Winners of the Secondary Prizes will be notified by mail. Maximum one (1) prize per person and/or per household. All other remaining prizes not redeemed will not be awarded.

HOW TO CLAIM THE GRAND PRIZE

If after checking on the "FLIP the LID" website, you are advised that your alpha-numeric code is a winner, make a photocopy of your insert, retain it for your records and send the original promotional insert with the winning code (registered mail is recommended) along with your name, address and daytime telephone number to: Jamieson "FLIP the LID" Contest, P.O. Box 157, Toronto Postal Station B, Toronto, ON, M5T 2T3.

Upon receipt of the insert, the judging organization will validate the submission. No mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. To be declared a winner, you must correctly answer, without mechanical or other assistance, a mathematical skill-testing question administered by mail. The original promotional insert with the winning code must be received by Monday, November 15, 2010.

Fraud-detection devices may be placed on the participating inserts. Any insert that has been forged, mechanically reproduced, altered, defaced, mutilated or tampered with in any way, contains printing or other errors or has been obtained through unintended or unauthorized channels is void. Decisions of the judges are final.

No more than the above listed prizes will be awarded. In the event that there is not an instant winner for the Grand Prize, a random draw will be made by the Sponsor on Thursday, November 18, 2010, in Toronto, Ontario, at approximately 10:00 a.m. (EST) from all eligible entries received on or before the contest closing date. One (1) selected entrant will be drawn. The selected entrant will be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question, without assistance of any kind whether mechanical or otherwise and to sign a declaration and release acknowledging compliance with the contest rules, acceptance of the prize as awarded and releasing the Sponsor, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents and servants, and its advertising and promotional agencies from all liability in connection with the contest and the prize.

RELEASES

Each winner will be required to sign a Declaration of Compliance with Official Rules and a Publicity/Liability Release, releasing the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent and related companies, advertising and promotional agencies, the independent judging organization and all of their respective directors, officers, owners, partners, employees, participating retailers, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the "Releasees") from any liability in connection with this contest or a prize. Declaration and release documents must be returned within ten (10) business days of the date of the notification or the prize may be forfeited. By accepting a Prize, each winner consents to the use of his/her name, address, voice, statement and photograph or other likeness for any publicity by the Sponsor, without further compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by the sponsor in any manner whatsoever including print, broadcast or the Internet.

GENERAL

Entrants who have not complied with these Official Rules are subject to disqualification. The Sponsor and the other Releasees are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, damaged, lost, delayed or postage-due claims, or claims that are irregular, have been submitted through illicit means or do not conform with or satisfy any or all conditions of these Official Rules. Any such claims will be judged void.

By entering, each entrant agrees to abide by the Official Rules and the decisions of the independent judging organization, which shall be final and binding in all matters related to this contest. All entries become the property of the Sponsor, which assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for any failure of the website during the promotional period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by the Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in the promotion.

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the website portion of this contest should a virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor corrupt the security or proper administration of the contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, mechanically reproduced, mutilated, forged, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way.

Entrants agree to abide by the Official Rules and the decisions of the independent judging panel, which are final. The Sponsor reserves the right, subject to the approval of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec to terminate this contest or to amend these contest rules at any time without notice or with notice in major national newspapers if any factor interferes with the proper conduct of the contest as contemplated by these Official Rules. The Sponsor reserves the right to make substitutions for all or any component of any prize. This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations.

FOR QUEBEC RESIDENTS

Any litigation respecting the conduct or the organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
