HOW TO ENTER
Beginning approximately May 1, 2015 (“Contest Starting Date”), while supplies last, purchase a specially marked package of Jamieson supplements, and look inside the bottle to find a wrapped game card with a unique alpha-numeric code printed thereon, as well as a coupon redeemable on your next purchase of a Jamieson supplement. To enter and participate in the Contest, visit Jamieson’s Flip the Lid website at www.flipthelid.com, click on the “Enter” link, and complete and submit the online registration, including your full name, e-mail address, mailing address and unique alpha-numeric code, to confirm your entry into the Contest. Please also confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by the Contest Rules, and indicate ‘yes’ or ‘no’ as to whether you wish to opt-in to receive additional information from the Sponsor. Enter as often as you wish online. To be eligible for the Grand Prize, all online entries, including the alpha-numeric code, must be entered online on or before 11:59 p.m. on October 31, 2015 (the “Contest Closing Date”). To be eligible for the Secondary Prizes as explained below, all online entries, including the alpha-numeric code, must be received before 11:59 p.m. on the closing date for the Secondary Prizes.  By registering and entering your alpha-numeric code, you are automatically entered for your chance to win the Grand Prize, as well as a Secondary Prize.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY FOR ELIGIBILITY IN GRAND PRIZE
To participate in the Contest to win the Grand Prize without purchasing Jamieson supplements, print your name, e-mail address, mailing address and a telephone number clearly and legibly on a plain piece of paper, and describe in a minimum 50-word, handwritten essay what brand of vitamins you purchase and why. Mail it to: Jamieson "FLIP THE LID"® Contest, No Purchase Request, P.O. Box 157, Toronto Postal Station B, Toronto, ON, M5T 2T3. Limit of one (1) no purchase entry request per household during the Contest period. Duplicate essays or requests will be void and discarded. Assuming a legible, minimum 50-word, handwritten essay is received by Jamieson, a game card with a unique alpha-numeric code printed thereon shall be sent to you. To be eligible to receive a game card in the mail with a unique alpha-numeric code printed thereon and be entered for the possibility of winning the Grand Prize, your no purchase mail-in request must be received on or before September 9, 2015, and will become the property of Jamieson.

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE INTERNET
If you do not have access to the Internet and still want to participate in the Contest with respect to the Grand Prize, after finding a game card inside a specially marked package of Jamieson supplements or receiving a game card pursuant to your no purchase entry request, keep a photocopy of such game card or record the alpha-numeric code printed on such game card on a separate piece of paper for your reference, and mail the original game card (registered mail is recommended), along with your name, mailing address and daytime telephone number, to Jamieson "FLIP THE LID"® Contest, Code Verification Request, P.O. Box 157, Toronto Postal Station B, Toronto, ON, M5T 2T3. The independent contest organization receiving the game card will treat it as a Code Verification Request, will enter your alpha-numeric code on your behalf to verify the code, and will contact you after the Contest Closing Date only if it is a potential winner. Jamieson is not responsible for any entries or no-purchase-mail-in requests that are damaged, destroyed, lost, late or misdirected. To be eligible, all entries submitted with Code Verification Requests must be received by Jamieson by no later than October 23, 2015 for eligibility with respect to the Grand Prize.

ELIGIBILITY
To enter and be eligible to win the Contest (either the Grand Prize or one of the Secondary Prizes), an entrant (1) must be a resident of Canada as of the Contest Starting Date and continue to be a resident of Canada through at least the Contest Closing Date; (2) must have reached the age of majority in his/her province of residence as of the Contest Starting Date; (3) and cannot be an employee of Jamieson, or a member of the immediate family of, or domiciled with, an employee of Jamieson, its subsidiaries, parent or affiliated companies, their respective advertising or promotional agencies, or the independent contest organization. Proof of residence, identification and age must be provided upon request. In these Contest Rules, “immediate family” means spouses, mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers, sons and daughters.

GRAND PRIZE
There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won consisting of a One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) payment by instalment. The Grand Prize, if one is awarded, shall be paid by way of twenty-nine (29) equal instalments of $33,333.33 CAD each, and a final payment of $33,333.43 CAD, all payable annually without interest and without regard to inflation over a period of thirty (30) years through an annuity purchased in the winner’s name, commencing with the initial payment on December 16, 2015, with subsequent payments to be made on December 16 in each year thereafter, with the final amount to be paid on December 16, 2044. Should any December 16th fall on a weekend, the payment will be made on the next business day. Instalments will be paid in the form of a cheque. If the Grand Prize winner dies during the payout period, and proof of death is provided by the estate of the deceased winner, then remaining payments shall be made to the estate of the deceased winner.

The potential winner of the Grand Prize shall be selected on a random basis by the independent contest organization from a pool of all alphanumeric codes in the marketplace during the Contest period, whether registered by a person or not. The potential winner of the Grand Prize, if any, shall be the person who registered the potentially winning alphanumeric code.

The odds of winning the Grand Prize are approximately [1 in 690 000]. The potential winner will be contacted between November 2, 2015 and November 6, 2015, by telephone. If a voicemail is left for the potential winner, the potential winner must return the telephone call by 5:00 pm EST on November 6, 2015, in order to claim his/her potential Grand Prize. If the potential winner fails to claim his or her Grand Prize, there shall be no subsequent draw for another potential winner.

HOW TO CLAIM THE GRAND PRIZE
If you are notified by the independent contest organization that your alpha-numeric code on your original game card is a potential winner of the Grand Prize, make a photocopy of your game card, retain it for your records, and send the original game card with the potentially “winning” code (registered mail is recommended) along with your name, address and daytime telephone number to: Jamieson "FLIP THE LID"® Contest, P.O. Box 157, Toronto Postal Station B, Toronto, ON, M5T 2T3. To be eligible to win, the original game card with the winning code must be received on or before November 11, 2015. Entrants who have already sent in their original game card as part of their Code Verification request do not need to do anything further, but will only be notified if the alpha-numeric code on such original game card is a potential winner.

Upon receipt of the original game card, the independent contest organization will assess and validate such game card. Fraud-detection devices may be placed on the participating game cards. Any game card that has been forged, mechanically reproduced, altered, defaced, mutilated or tampered with in any way, or which contains printing or other errors, or which has been obtained through unintended or unauthorized channels, is null and void. No more than one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded notwithstanding any printing or other errors. By entering the Contest, entrants agree to adhere to the Contest Rules and the decisions of the independent contest organization which are final and binding.

Before being declared an actual winner of the Grand Prize, the potential winner will be required to first correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by phone or by mail, and to sign a Declaration and Release.

SECONDARY PRIZES
There are three (3) Secondary Prizes available to be won, each consisting of a $10,000 Vacation. $10,000 Vacation Prizes will be awarded on a regional bases as follows: One (1) in Western Canada (that is, to a resident of British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Yukon Territories, Northwest Territories, or Nunavut), One (1) in Ontario (that is, to a resident of Ontario), and One (1) in Eastern Canada (that is, to a resident of Quebec, Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick, or Nova Scotia). Each Prize will be awarded in the form of a $10,000 cheque payable to the winner’s name, intended by Jamieson to be used by the winner to pay for a vacation or vacations of choice for him/her and his/her family. To be eligible to win a $10,000 Vacation Secondary Prize, you must register and enter your alpha-numeric code online by June 30, 2015. The three (3) draws will take place on July 1, 2015, conducted by an independent judging organization located in Toronto, Ontario.

The potential winners of the Vacation Prizes shall be selected on a random basis by the independent contest organization from a pool of all registered alpha-numeric codes, grouped by residence in one of the specified three regions. The odds of winning a $10,000 Vacation Prize depend on the number of eligible entries per region within the Contest period. The three (3) potential winners will be contacted by email prior to September 30, 2015.

There are four (4) additional secondary prizes available to be won, each consisting of Free Vitamins for a Year (Approximate Retail Value of $1000). To be eligible to win a Free Vitamins for a Year Prize, you must register and enter your alpha-numeric code online by August 28, 2015. One (1) draw for each Free Vitamins for a Year Prize will take place on July 17, 2015, July 31, 2015, August 14, 2015, and August 31, 2015.

The potential winners of each Free Vitamins for a Year Prize shall be selected on a random basis by the total pool of all alpha-numeric codes registered on the date of the draw. All potentially winning alpha-numeric codes selected shall be set aside from future draws and shall not be eligible for another random selection. The odds of winning Free Vitamins for a Year depend on the number of eligible entries within the Contest period, on the specific date of each draw. The four (4) potential winners will be contacted by email prior to September 30, 2015. The Free Vitamins for a Year Prize will be awarded in the form of a coupon, must be accepted as awarded without substitution, and is not transferable, refundable, for resale or convertible to cash.

Following your receipt of the game card, you may enter the Contest as explained above (“How to Enter”). Jamieson is not responsible for any essays or game cards sent pursuant to the essays that are damaged, destroyed, lost, late or misdirected.

HOW TO CLAIM THE SECONDARY PRIZES
If you are notified by the independent contest organization that your alpha-numeric code has been selected as a potential winner of a Secondary Prize, you will be required to first correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by phone or by mail, and to sign a Declaration and Release.

RELEASES
All final winners of any Grand Prize or Secondary Prize will be required to sign a Declaration of Compliance with the Contest Rules and a Publicity/Liability Release, confirming compliance with the Contest Rules, acceptance of the prize as awarded, releasing the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent and related companies, advertising and promotional agencies, the independent contest organization and all of their respective directors, officers, owners, partners, employees, participating retailers, agents, servants, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Releasees”) from any actions, cause of action, suits, debts, claims, demands and liability whatsoever in connection with this Contest or the acceptance and/or use of any prize, including, without limitation, claims based on negligence, breach of contract and fundamental breach and liability for physical injury, death or property damaged which any entrant, his/her administrators, heirs, successors or assigns has or might have by reasons of, or arising out of, the entrant's participation in this Contest and/or in connection with the acceptance and/or use of a prize. Declaration and Release documents must be returned within ten (10) business days of the date of the notification and confirmation of prize winning. If the requisite documents are not returned within this 10-day period, then the prize may be forfeited at the discretion of the Sponsor. Only when all the documents have been completed by a potential winner and verified by the Sponsor will a potential winner be officially declared a winner and receive a prize. By entering the Contest and accepting a prize, the winners consent to the use of his/her name, address, voice, statement and photograph or other likeness, without further compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by or on behalf of the Sponsor in any manner whatsoever including print, broadcast or via the Internet.

GENERAL
By entering the Contest, each entrant agrees to abide by the Contest Rules and the decisions of the independent contest organization, which shall be final and binding, without right of appeal, in respect to all matters related to this Contest, including, without limitation as to eligibility and/or disqualification of entries.

In the event it is determined that an entrant has entered in a manner that is not sanctioned by these Contest Rules, and/or has submitted more than the number of entries permitted by these Contest Rules, or has otherwise not complied with these Contest Rules, such entrant shall be disqualified.

All entries and requests for no purchase entries and Code Verification requests become the property of the Sponsor, which assumes no responsibility for incomplete, illegible, damaged, destroyed, lost, stolen, falsified, late, or misdirected or, insufficient postage entries or requests for entries, all of which shall be treated as void. Furthermore, the Sponsor shall not be responsible for problems, errors or negligence that may arise or occur in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, inaccurate, or incomplete capture of entry information or any failure of the website during the promotional period, including, without limitation, as a consequence of any problems or technical malfunction of any kind including, without limitation, in respect to computer equipment, hardware, software, human or technical errors, printing errors, lost, deleted, failed, incomplete or garbled date, communications or transmission interruptions, deletions, defects or failure of any telephone or computer lines or networks, computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by the Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including, without limitation, any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in the promotion, or errors in advertising, the selection and announcement of winners and/or the awarding of any of the prizes.

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Contest should a virus, bug or other cause, beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor, corrupt the security or proper administration of the Contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, irregular, mechanically reproduced, mutilated, forged, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way or that have been submitted through illicit means or do not conform with or satisfy any or all conditions of these Contest Rules.

In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an email address, the winning entry will be deemed to be made by the authorized account holder of the email address at the time of entry. Authorized account holder is the natural person who was assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain name associated with the submitted email address.

All entries, and requests for no purchase entries, become the property of the Sponsor and none will be returned. No communication will be entered into except with a potential winner.

The Sponsor reserves the right, subject to the approval of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec, to terminate this Contest or to amend these Contest Rules at any time without notice or with notice in major national newspapers, in its sole discretion, if any factor interferes with the proper conduct of the Contest as contemplated by these Contest Rules. The Sponsor reserves the right to make substitutions for all or any component of any prize. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. By entering the Contest, all entrants consent to the collection, use and distribution of their personal information by the Sponsor for the purpose of running this Contest. FOR QUEBEC RESIDENTS
Any litigation respecting the conduct or the organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
